FAQ's

01. which vendors should we book first?

02. how many hours will we need our media team?

03. when do we work on design?

We will go in order of your priority vendors but in general: Venue, Hair and Makeup, Catering (If not included with venue,) Photographer & Videographer will be first!

On average, 8-10 hours is the best amount of time to contract your media team. Under 8 is not recommended (especially for video) and it is rare if we go over 11 for photography coverage.

A full design breakdown typically happens 6-8 months prior to your wedding. We do this for several reasons: new inventory to work with, we have a great idea of your design team and it's easier to commit closer to the wedding!

04. what is our call schedule?

05. Is our only communication on calls?

06. the wedding dress... due dates?

We begin with weekly or bi-weekly calls depending on your work schedule. Once we get through the first 8-12 weeks of planning, we will bump down to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins and then pick back up when we get closer to your date!

No! We will email throughout our call check-ins to get our tasks done!

Have your dress ordered at least by 6 months out. I'd wait to do final alterations as close to the weddings as your seamstress allows!

07. what do we do if guests can't come the week of?

08. what address do we send our rsvps to?

09. When do you go out of office for weddings?

You can let me know and we will adjust so it doesn't effect a table experience. If it is within 48 hours, it will depend on the amount of guests on if we cut chairs or not.

You can put your names on the return and then...
